Great location - 10 min from station and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast rates not updated on booking . Com. Bathroom floor is 1.5 feet higher than living room. Overall very old hotel but not bad for the price.

What was the highlight of Hotel Ace Morioka
Great accommodation with a great location
The location was unbeatable. One street over from a covered shopping arcade filled with restaurants and izakyas. Less than five minutes from the river, with great views and small riverside eateries. And less than ten minutes from JR Morioka station. The style of the hotel was straight from the 1920s, the front desk was staffed at all times and the room was clean and well equipped.
The walls were a little thin so we could hear the occasional voice from the hall or another room.
